Agreement to Email Terms
These Email Terms and Conditions (the "Email Terms") apply to Chartel Group Limited and and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including Chartel Group websites and services around the world (collectively "Chartel Group"). BY OPENING ANY EMAIL SENT FROM CHARTEL GROUP, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THESE EMAIL TERMS; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT OPEN ANY EMAILS FROM CHARTEL GROUP.

Chartel Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Email Terms, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Email Terms periodically for changes. Continued email communication and or correspondence with Chartel Group following any and all changes to these terms will mean that you accept and agree to said changes.

Confidentiality
The information in any email sent from Chartel Group, including any media and or attachments, is confidential and may be legally privileged. Further, emails sent from Chartel Group are intended only for the use of the named addressee. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify the sender and or Chartel Group and immediately delete the email in question from your system or device. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information contained in any emails from Chartel Group, and for any and all activity that occurs as a result of your failing to keep this information secure and confidential. Chartel Group cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

Disclaimers
EMAILS MAY BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO ALTERATION AND THEIR INTEGRITY CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. CHARTEL GROUP DOES NOT AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR THE CONTENTS OF ANY EMAILS THAT ARE FOUND TO HAVE BEEN ALTERED OR MANIPULATED. FURTHER, CHARTEL GROUP DOES NOT PROMISE THAT ANY EMAIL CONTENT WILL BE ERROR-FREE. EMAILS FROM CHARTEL GROUP ARE DELIVERED ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS, AND THE CONTENTS AND OPINIONS EXPRESSED IN ANY EMAIL SENT FROM CHARTEL GROUP ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A REPRESENTATION OF THOSE OF CHARTEL GROUP. CHARTEL GROUP CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY FILES OR OTHER DATA YOU DOWNLOAD FROM ANY EMAILS FROM CHARTEL GROUP WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR CONTAMINATION OR DESTRUCTIVE FEATURES. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SECURITY AND INTEGRITY OF YOUR DEVICE OR SYSTEM. YOUR SOLE REMEDY AGAINST CHARTEL GROUP FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH ANY CONTENT FROM EMAILS FROM CHARTEL GROUP IS TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM SUCH EMAILS, WHICH MAY INCLUDE CONTACTING CHARTEL GROUP WITH A REQUEST TO BE UNSUBSCRIBED. THIS LIMITATION OF RELIEF IS A PART OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN THE PARTIES.

The above disclaimer applies to any damages, liability or injuries caused by any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use, whether for breach of contract, tort, negligence or any other cause of action.

Miscellaneous
Unless expressly stated by a duly authorised officer of Chartel Group, nothing contained in any email sent from Chartel Group may be construed as being an offer to contract or an acceptance of an offer capable of constituting a contract between Chartel Group and any recipient(s) of its emails.
